We can ship to P.O. boxes, but we do not ship to APO addresses. Please note that we can only use USPS as the courier service, and all orders must be under 2 lbs.

Business days do not include Weekends & Holidays. If your order was placed after 12pm PT, it will count as the next business day. 

The shipping reference is an estimated window timeline provided by domestic shipping carriers, dndgel is not responsible for any delays that may occur from USPS, DHL, or FedEx. 

Please make sure to properly track your order and check the spelling of your address on your order. If your order gets sent back to us because of an address error, unclaimed, or address forwarded reasons, please contact us to have it re-shipped at your expense.

Dndgel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has left our facility. If your package states it was delivered, but you believe the shipping carrier sent it to the wrong address, please contact us within 3 business days so we can help you open a lost package claim. We hope we can resolve your issue as seamlessly as possible, however, if the carrier denies the claim, we are not responsible for any lost fees.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email once your order ships. If your tracking does not load instantly, allow up to 24 hours for updates to become available. 

Returns & Exchanges

For all claims: Please provide clear photo documentation of your order and the packing slip for proof, as we cannot process any refunds, returns, or replacements without it.

 

Order Returns

If customers need to return an order purchased from dndgel, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be honored after that. Please note: All polishes from our We Poured Too Much collection are FINAL SALE.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you’ll have the option of receiving either a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

All returns are subject to a $10 return/restocking fee.
A $10 fee can be waived if store credit is preferred.
*Store credit issued must be redeemed in one transaction.
*Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please make sure all products are securely packed with bubble wrap/protective cushions to avoid any damage during transit. 

Dndgel is not liable for any damages incurred during the return process, which will void a full refund or store credit for the order.

Please keep a record of your return postage receipt and tracking number.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Refund or Exchange Orders

If customers need to refund or replace a product(s) due to being faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please submit a claim here. We are unable to accept any refund or exchange requests for missing, damaged, or defective items more than 14 days after the delivery date. We kindly ask that you inspect your order promptly upon arrival and submit an inquiry within this timeframe for any issues.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, all return or refund requests must be submitted through our official returns portal. Unfortunately, we are unable to process requests made through other channels.

Make sure to specify whether your order arrived damaged, has a missing item, or wrong item. Please provide clear photo documentation for proof, as we cannot process any refunds, returns, or replacements without it.

 

Cancellation of Orders

Please note, we cannot cancel or update your order once it has been placed. Due to the current volume of emails and calls we are receiving, we may not get to your cancellation request in time. We suggest that you try to contact us anyways regarding a cancellation. If you want to cancel your order because you wanted to add more items, we suggest placing a separate order (your orders will be shipped together) and we can refund you for one of the shipping fees once we review your email in 72 business hours. 

Requests for edits or changes to your order must be submitted within two hours of placing your order to [email protected]. At this time, we are only able to process a cancellation of your order and cannot accommodate any replacements or exchanges. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee the cancellation will be made and are not liable for orders that ship before a request is processed.
