I tried gel nails long
"I tried gel nails long ago but they smudged and didn’t dry and I thought it was me. Fast forward a couple of years, I went for my first manicure in a salon and was shocked at the results of the polish. I’m a vet tech and busy mom and my hands take a beating, 2 weeks later just the top coat was cracking on a couple of nails. The problem is I’m frugal and if I can do something at home for cheaper I will because I won’t relax and enjoy, I will just think about how cheaper I could have done it at home the whole time lol so doing more research I found out my Amazon lamp was the culprit, no wonder it didn’t cure! I did a ton of research and came across DND. It was much more budget friendly than other lamps, I also lose interest in things pretty quick so wanted a decent intro lamp before I splurged. I did my nails 2 days ago and they look (almost) like the salon did it, just a bit shakey on my right hand. I 100000% recommend the starter kit and some extra colours. My only complaint is the shipping to Canada was $75 which is wild but did include customs, but there just was nothing else in the mid range affordable area even with the extra $75 so there wasn’t a lot of choice!"
